I'm sure no one will read it but anyway. When you are playing 4 player split all four players get a 4:3 screen each with no bars. When you play 2 players you get 16:9. The bars are there to keep from stretch the screen out of ratio horizontally. I can't play gears of war on split because every thing is all distorted when you play it like that. the let down on gears was the fact that it did not have 4 player split. we have lan parties on DLP front projectors. We needed a game and I hope H3 will have it. We played the hell out of Halo2 in 4p split.

any I think H3's gfx look okay. Now there is a balance with GFX and gameplay that must be hit. There is a time frame that can be spent on each element of a game. Story, gameplay, and features. The playing field should be level. Shooting with a mouse and keyboard is too easy. If I'm sniped from 200 yards away while moving from someone with a controller I will praise their skills. If a person with a mouse does not hit me from 500 yards away going 100 mph then they suck. Practice and skills should be rewarded in gaming not have a leg up because of equipment that only you have.
